Why order a logo from you rather than a local designer?

How does it work if I’m in another country?
Everything happens online: you fill in the brief, we talk via Telegram or email, and you receive concepts with mockups and the final files digitally. We reply during business hours (Kyiv time); outside them replies may take a little longer.
How do I pay from abroad?
Prices are fixed in EUR and USD. We work officially and accept bank payments in these currencies. 50% to start, 50% after you approve the logo; you receive the files after full payment.
What if I don’t like the logo?
Every package includes revisions – we refine the logo until you love it. If you want a completely different idea, a new logo option costs €22 / $24.
Can the logo be in Latin script or bilingual?
Yes. You choose the brand name, and we design the logo in Latin script, Cyrillic or both – so customers in any country can read it easily.
How long does it take?
2 to 8 business days depending on the package, counted from the prepayment. Rush delivery is available for +30%.
Will the files work for printing in my country?
Yes. You receive vector CDR, EPS, PDF and raster PNG, JPG files accepted by any print shop, sign maker, website or social media. Text is converted to outlines, so no font installation is needed.
Do you work in English?
Yes. We communicate in English and Ukrainian – whichever is more convenient for you.
