About the client

Velyka Real Estate (“Велика Нерухомість”) is a real estate brand. The name is no accident: “velyka” means “great” in Ukrainian and is also the owner's surname, which gives the brand a personal touch.

The solution

• The task was to combine the image of real estate with the brand's personality. We analysed the key associations: buildings, space, reliability and ambition.
• The best solution was to build the Cyrillic letter “В” from architectural shapes – skyscrapers and city buildings: growth, stability and prospects.
• The mark sits in a square frame, ВЕЛИКА is set in a massive typeface and НЕРУХОМІСТЬ is widely spaced.
• Gold on a dark background conveys professionalism, reliability and status.

The process

We first created several sketches combining the letter with a cityscape, then refined the chosen option based on the owner's wishes and feedback.

The result

A recognizable logo for a realtor company that builds trust and looks great on signage, plaques, business cards, the website and property ads.
