RAY VOCAL Studio Voice is a vocal studio that helps students discover their voice. The word “ray” is associated with light, inspiration and energy – exactly what the studio gives its students.

The solution

Two key elements form the concept: a microphone and the RV initials. The microphone is the singer's essential tool and a symbol of the connection with the audience.
The microphone is integrated into calligraphic letters so that it looks natural and stylish.
RAY VOCAL is set in a classic serif, with STUDIO VOICE between thin lines.
Restrained tones convey elegance and confidence, and the logo stays expressive at any size.

The process

We started with a detailed discussion of the studio's philosophy and values, then sketched several concepts with different microphone shapes and, after a few iterations, arrived at the final version that pleased both us and the client.

The result

A stylish, minimalist and meaningful logo that looks equally good on the studio sign, business cards and the website.
